Page 2 May 5, 2026 CEO Roberts asked the Members about the tiers of the solar rules in the Code. He has a homeowner who wants to put up a tier 2 solar panel, and he is trying to determine if it is allowed at this time due to the moratorium. He has been discussing this with the Town Engineer and Town Attorney. Chairman Edbauer told CEO Roberts that he should follow what the Town Attorney tells him in regards to what is allowed during the moratorium. ITEM #7: Motion of Adjourn J. Jozwiak made the motion, seconded by J. Zybert, to adjourn the meeting at 7:20 p.m. All in favor. Carried.
