Approval for 2026, all elected officials, appointed officials, figures, rules and regulations, Procurement Policy, Investment Policy, Harassment Policy, Workplace Violence Policy, committees, wages, salaries, fees and fines approved for 2026 4. Appointment of Lumsden & McCormick as 2026 accounting firm 5. Designation of the Herald News as official town newspaper for 2026 6. Designation of Bank of Holland as official depository for 2026 7. Review and signing of Town Financial Books, Justice Books, Tax Collector’s Book, and Town Clerk’s book for 2025 8. Approval of 2026 travel expenses for official town business with audited receipts, a daily stipend of $75 per day (exclusive of the room), and $.52 per mile for travel 9. Approval for scheduling 2026 Town Board Meetings on the second Wednesday of each month, at 7:00 p.m. 11. Approval of Junkyard Permit – Promotions Perfected 12.
