SENIOR CENTER ADVISORY MEETING MINUTES West Seneca Senior Center 4620 Seneca St West Seneca, NY 14224 Date: 3/17/2026 Time: 6:12pm IN ATTENDANCE Kelsey Lignos, Jeff Piekarec, Marilyn Stephens, Nancy Milhoff, Georgi Busse, Lydia Ciminelli, Kris Baron APPROVAL OF MINUTES The Minutes were approved for the January 2025 meeting. Lydia Ciminelli motioned to approve; Kris Baron seconded the results, motion carried, approved 5-0. AGENDA ITEMS • Update on 2026 Budget: Kelsey and Jeff discussed the budget for 2026 so far. Kelsey showed the Revenue thus far for 2026. • Update on 2026 Membership: Kelsey and Georgi discussed Membership totals and continuation of new members joining. No issues have arose regarding non-resident $35 annual fee. • Upcoming Events: Kelsey discussed several new things coming up in the next few months such has Senior Center Art Show, 45 RPM dance, Grilled Cheese made by kitchen, Homemade Spaghetti Lunch and dance to follow, Ice Cream Social and Talent Show. • Grants: Kelsey updated regarding the CDBG Grant and what improvements will be made with the grant. Still waiting to discuss with Buildings and Grounds and Highway Superintendent regarding time frame of changes. • Public Comment: Lydia brought up completing the 2025-2026 Annual Audit by next meeting. Kelsey will work with Lydia on the numbers for the Audit. ANNOUNCEMENTS None NEXT MEETING 5/12/26 – West Seneca Senior Center 6:15pm.
