Roll Call followed. Town Board Members Present: Councilwoman Karen Kline Councilman Bill Kolacki Councilman Dan Lotito Councilwoman Lynne Roth Supervisor Geoffrey Hack Other Officials Present: Town Clerk Jill Dix Bookkeeper Peg Koss Planning Board Chairman Marty Regan Zoning Officer Deputy William Shimburski Pledge of Allegiance APPROVAL OF TOWN BOARD MEETING MINUTES RESOLUTION # 19-2026 Motion made by Councilwoman Kline and seconded by Councilwoman Roth to approve the Regular Organizational Meeting and January 2026 Regular Town Board Meeting Minutes. 5 AYE/ 0 NAY/0 ABSTAIN Deputy Miller reported on the incident calls for the Town of Holland for the month of January 2026. SUPERVISOR’S REPORT A. Deputy Shane Miller RESOLUTION # 20-2026 Supervisor Hack motioned to commend and thank Sheriff’s Deputy Shane Miller for his diligent service to the Town of Holland. Supervisor Hack presented Deputy Miller with a proclamation. Seconded by Councilwoman Roth. 5 YEA/0NO/0 ABSTAIN MOTION CARRIED B. Appointment- Danielle Polzin- Planning Board Member RESOLUTION # 21-2026 Councilwoman Kline motioned to appoint Danielle Polzin as a member of the Planning Board. Seconded by Councilwoman Roth. 5 YEA/0NO/0 ABSTAIN MOTION CARRIED C. Budget Amendments
