Roll Call followed. Town Board Members Present: Councilwoman Karen Kline Councilman Bill Kolacki Councilman Dan Lotito Councilwoman Lynne Roth Other Officials Present: Town Clerk Jill Dix Highway Superintendent Jason Simmons Attorney Ron Bennett Bookkeeper Peg Koss Planning Board Chairman Marty Regan Zoning Officer Deputy William Shimburski Pledge of Allegiance APPROVAL OF TOWN BOARD MEETING MINUTES RESOLUTION # 38-2026 Motion made by Councilman Kolacki and seconded by Councilwoman Roth to approve the April 2026 Regular Town Board Meeting Minutes. 4 AYE/ 0 NAY/ 0 ABSTAIN MOTION CARRIED SUPERVISOR’S REPORT A. Open Development Area Application RESOLUTION #39-2026 Councilwoman Roth motioned to approve an Open Area Development Application and process for the Town of Holland. Councilman Kolacki seconded the motion. 4 AYE/ 0 NAY/ 0 ABSTAIN MOTION CARRIED B. Main Street Corridor Study RESOLUTION # 40-2026 Councilman Lotito motioned to approve and authorize Supervisor Hack to enter into a contract with LaBella Engineering Firm for the Town of Holland Main Street Corridor Study Project. Councilwoman Roth seconded the motion. 4 AYE/ 0 NAY/ 0 ABSTAIN MOTION CARRIED C. CDBG Pumphouse Bid Opening- No bids received.
