Adjournment Motor Fuel BE IT RESOLVED, the North Collins Town Board approves the Motor Fuels and Related Services for a One-Year Period Bid Packet and instructs the Town Clerk to publish it in the Dunkirk Observer. All sealed bids must be in by March 9th at 4pm. Spend Highway Funds BE IT RESOLVED, the North Collins Town Board approves the Agreement to Spend Town Highway funds pursuant to the repair and improvement of highways received from the state for the repair and improvement of highways. FURTHER, BE IT RESOLVED general repairs in the sum of $ may be expanded for general repairs upon 20.72 miles of town highways, including sluices, culverts and bridges having a span of less than five feet and boardwalks or the renewal thereof
