ALLEN HAUNGS, a resident of Derby, a volunteer for “UNITE FOR FREEDOM”:
He stated he is here to share critical information regarding the New York State voter rolls history for the 2024 General election.  This information was the result of extensive research by Data Experts at “Unite For Freedom”.  He explained that “Unite for Freedom” is a Nationwide volunteer nonpartisan organization.  Their data experts meticulously analyzed the Official New York State election files, using only official State election data. They are deeply concerned by the findings which include:

5,878,770 critical material errors or omissions (i.e. people in the data base with no address, no birthdate, etc)
895,595 votes improperly counted from the above-mentioned people with critical errors or omissions.
129,194 excess votes counted beyond the number of voters who participated with no exception to the origin.  So, they found more votes, than people who voted.
Found 914,571 voting violations exceeding the error threshold which is 1 in every 125,000.  That threshold in New York State would be limited to 67 voting violations and errors.  Yet, almost a million were recorded.

At this time, Mr. Haungs gave each board member a copy of a resolution being proposed by “Unite For Freedom” to consider adopting at the March Town Board meeting.  He also advised the Board that Unite for Freedom also has an additional three years of election cycles where discrepancies were documented.  He explained that by Towns adopting the resolution, it places pressure on officials to write legislation to correct the voter rolls. They also want to stop the certification of illegal elections.  He requests the Town Board adopt the resolution.  He added that for those who are unsure of their findings, he will sit down with anyone to show them how to perform a query on the NYS voter rolls to see for themselves the problems.  He found major errors even with people on his own street, with errors and omissions on the voter rolls.
