back to the office. Mr. Awald mentioned solar, home rule law to open more land to solar.
Attorney Musacchio arrives at 7:09 pm.

Reports of Department Heads and Committees
Attorney Musacchio reported a hearing on two properties. Zachary Nobles stated he tried to buy
the Bagdad Inn and was not able to. He thinks Cattaraugus County funds the land bank program.
Building and grounds report handed out.
Liberty Fest report was handed out.
Library hot dog roast was successful.
Recreation report was handed out.
Town Clerk reported sales of $ 6,697.35 with the Town’s portion $ 6,406.27.
Water report was sent out.

Board Reports
Councilmember Overhoff contacted the Springville Journal and Dunkirk Observer to find out how
many residents receive the papers.
Councilmember Porter reported a resident sent him about Planning Board meetings, solar permits
needing public input at meetings, and seems by reading this says looks like a chaotic mess.
Zachary Nobles stated there was no notification of where Planning Board meetings are held, the
demos were not brought up at the meeting. Second issue is regarding flock cameras on the Big
Lots property by the road. Data is stored approximately for 30 days but there is no public access.
Gene stated these cameras are at the entrance to the Thruway. Councilmember Porter asks if
there is anything we can do to have the camera removed. It is Cattaraugus’ camera and they
would have to be contacted.
