Stannah 420 Chairli (2) RESOLUTION: APPROVE PURCHASE OF A REPLACEMENT TIGER MOWERS RT60DG, 60-INCHN ROTARY HEAD FOR THE TOWN HIGHWAY JOHN DEERE TRACTOR MOWER UNIT WHEREAS, Highway Superintendent Mark Mangano has requested that the Town purchase a replacement rotary head for the John Deere Boom Mower Unit due to its worn-out condi on, and WHEREAS, a replacement unit is available through the Sourcewell Coopera ve Purchasing Contract #032525-AGI. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Collins Town Board hereby approves the purchase of a new TIGER MOWERS RT60DG, 60-inch Rotary Head with Disk/Grass Knives and Hydraulic Door at a purchase price of $19,897.04 from LandPro Equipment LLC, 9570 County Road, Clarence Center, NY 14032 through the Sourcewell Coopera ve Purchasing Contract #032525-AGI. RESOLUTION: APPOINT CATHLEEN S ALLEN AS A MEMBER OF THE TOWN OF COLLINS LIBRARY BOARD OF TRUSTEES WHEREAS, a vacancy exists on the Town of Collins Public Library Board of Trustees due to the resigna on of Board Member Holly Mar ndale, who resigned in April 2026, and WHEREAS, the Library Board of Trustees has recommended that Cathleen S Allen be appointed to ll the vacant posi on.
