Mike’s Seamless Gu ers $5,775.00 Guardian Seamless Gu ers $6,899.00 NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Collins Town Board hereby accepts the proposal of Bu alo Roo ng, 5565 Transit Road, Williamsville, NY 14221 to install six-inch gu ers on the New Highway Cold Storage Building at a cost of $5,540.00 and to authorize the Town Supervisor to sign acceptance of the proposal. RESOLUTION: APPROVE CONTRACTOR FOR INSTALLATION OF “WELCOME TO COLLINS” SIGNS WHEREAS, the Town of Collins purchased four (4) “Welcome to the Town of Collins, Established 1821” Community Spirit Signs to celebrate the Town’s Bicentennial in 2021, and WHEREAS, the Town desires to install these signs on NYS Highway Routes 39, 62, and 75 at the entrances to the Town, and WHEREAS, the Town Solicited quotes from contractors for installa on of the signs and received the following three (3) quotes: CTC, Cer ed Safety Products of New York, Inc $16,880.00 Ma Kolo Excava ng, LLC $17,350.00 Cappella Construc ons Services, Inc $20,080.00 NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Collins Town Board hereby accepts the proposal of CTC, Cer ed Safety Products of New York, Inc, 807 State Route 417, PO Box E, Andover, NY 14806 to install four (4) “Welcome to Collins” signs at a cost of $16,880.00 and to authorize the Town Supervisor to sign acceptance of the proposal.
