SUBJECT:  Town Attorney re Local Law 2026-4 Modification of Chapter 46-6
  Avoidable Alarms

Requested Action:  A request was made for strengthening the avoidable alarm local law to
  clearly set forth the process and to increase the fines which have not
  been adjusted in many, many years. This local law would make those
  changes. A public hearing on the local law will be required at a future
  Town Board meeting. A copy of the proposed local law is attached.
