TO: Honorable Town Board FROM: Chris Trapp, Town Attorney DATE: March 23, 2026 SUBJECT: Town Attorney re Local Law 2026-6 Rezoning at 1245 Seneca Creek Road Requested Action: A public hearing is required for purposes of passage of the attached Local Law with respect to the zoning change for the property of 1245 Seneca Creek Road and only so much of that as is described in the attached map. As with any zoning change, the paperwork has been filed with the County of Erie with respect to SEQR and the proposed change. As of the date of this memorandum, the County has not yet responded to the second submission, but their time in which to do so will expire prior to the anticipated date for the public hearing.
