TO: Honorable Town Board FROM: Brian Adams, Highway Superintendent DATE: March 23, 2026 SUBJECT: Highway Superintendent Adams re Purchase of equipment - Buildings and Grounds Department Requested Action: Please see the attached quote and allow the Highway Superintendent to purchase two (2) new John Deere Pro-Gators with dump beds from Finch Turff / JD Financial under NYS Contract #PC69683 (PG XN CG 22). This program will require five (5) annual payments of $15,040.32 with a $1.00 buyout at the end of the 60-month term. This equipment will replace two 27-year-old Toro machines used by our Buildings and Grounds Park maintenance crews.
