SUBJECT:  Chief Cosgrove re Attendance at SafeSide Connect Training

Requested Action:  Please authorize three (3) officers to attend SafeSide Connect training
  in Troy, NY from April 21-April 22, 2026. This training is offered at no
  cost by the NYS Office of Mental Health (OMH), CARES UP initiative.
  The associated costs for this training, to include lodging and meals,
  should not exceed $437.00 with sufficient funds available in the 2026
  training budget line 001.3120.50459.
