Village of Gowanda Budget Hearing Minutes March 31, 2026 The Village of Gowanda Board of Trustees Public Hearing was called to order by Mayor Nephew at 5 PM. Present: Mayor Mark Nephew, Trustee Paul Zimmermann, Trustee Carol Sheibley Employees: Clerk Danielle Wagner, Treasurer Traci Hopkins Public: No public present Mayor Mark Nephew gave the 2026-2027 Budget Presentation.
