Motion 6-14-Motion by Trustee Koch, seconded by Trustee Sheibley to declare the electrical emergency on 5/24/26. Motion carried. The Charter Franchise agreement is nearing renewal; a draft renewal was provided to the board for approval and a public hearing will need to be set. The draft includes a 15 year term, but the board desires to keep it at a 10-year term. Motion 6-15-Motion by Trustee Sisti, seconded by Trustee Zimmermann to approve the charter communications Franchise draft agreement pending the 10-year term. Motion carried. Motion 6-16-Motion by Trustee Sisti, seconded by Trustee Zimmermann to set the Charter Franchise public hearing for July 14, 2026 at 5:45pm. Motion carried. Motion 6-17-Motion by Trustee Zimmermann, seconded by Trustee Sheibley to approve budget amendment #1 for the sewer fund to accept the insurance proceeds for the sewer roof damage. Motion carried. Motion 6-18-Motion by Trustee Sisti, seconded by Trustee Koch to approve budget mod #9 for 2025-2026 fiscal year for General fund, water fund and sewer fund. Motion carried. Motion 6-19-Motion by Trustee Zimmermann, seconded by Trustee Sheibley to approve the abstract bills to pay for General $291,317.27, Water $17,368.35, Sewer $61,823.44 and Capital Projects $3,1500. Motion carried. Executive Session Motion 6-20-Motion by Trustee Sisti, seconded by Trustee Zimmermann to recess into executive session at 7:14pm for employee contract agreement. Motion carried. Executive Session adjourned at 7:46pm. Motion 6-21-Motion by Trustee Zimmermann, seconded by Trustee Sisti to accept the working sewer supervisor contract for Sam Lauer with language modifications as discussed. Motion carried.
