ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS MEETING Organizational Meeting January 29, 2026 Vitlage Hall The meeting of the Village Zoning Board of Appeals was called to order at 3:00 pm. Members present — Barb Nephew, Pastor Travis Grubbs, Gerry Emborski, Alternate Deb Brown (via phone). Public - none present. . The current ZBA members formally acknowledged and thanked Bob Tiller for his years of service and dedication to this board. It was noted that Deb Brown was named as an alternate member at the Village board meeting held 12/9/2025. Nominate chairperson — motion by Pastor Grubbs, seconded by Barb Nephew to nominate Gerry Emborski as chairperson. Motion carried. Gerry Emborski gave an update on efforts to create a digital zoning map of the Village. This project is intended to create a digital map of the current zoning and is not an effort to change the zoning. Motion.by Pastor Grubbs, seconded by Deb Brown to adjournthe meeting at 3:25.
