MUNICIPAL SOLID WASTE SINGLE COLLECTION AGREEMENT THIS AGREEMENT is made this 10th day of February, 2026, by and between the VILLAGE OF GOWANDA, a New York municipal corporation with a principal place ofbusiness at 27 East Main Street, Gowanda, New York 14070 (the “Village”) and MRC Disposal, Inc., a corporation with ’ offices at 71 Nason Blvd., Springville, New York 14141 (“MRC”). RECITALS WHEREAS, the Village issued a Request for Proposals for Sping Big Trash Pick-up in December 2025 (the “RFP”), a copy of which is annexed hereto as Schedule A andis incorporated herein by reference; and WHEREAS, on January 15,2026 MRC submitted a proposal inrésponse tothe REP (the “Response to Request for Proposal”), a copy of which is annexed hereto as Schedule B, and incorporated herein by reference; and WHEREAS, the Village Board of Trustees adopted a resolution on February 10, 2026 awarding a contract to. MRC as lowest responsible bidder; and WHEREAS, the Village and MRC wish to enter into this Agreement, in accordance with the terms And conditions stated in the RFP and in MRC’s Response to Request fur Proposal. NOW, THEREFORE, the Village and MRC, in consideration ofthemutual covenants and promises contained herein, and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, agree as follows: 1. Services Provided: Compensation. a. Commencing in May 2026, MRC shall provide the following services (the “Services”) during the month of May, to the Village: one-time bulktrash pick-up to include Household debris such as mattresses, box springs, furniture, carpeting/wood pieces, construction debris, small loose items in throw away durable boxs.; Disposal of up to 10 items per residential dwelling. tems must weigh no more than 5Ibs, b. The Village shall pay MRC a total of SEVENTEEN THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED NINETY DOLLARS ($17,990.00) as consideration for the Services, payable no later than 30 days after MRC invoices the Village. ; 2. Term of Agreement. The term of this Agreement shall be for a period of one (1) month, commencing on May 1, 2026 and ending on May 31, 2026, unkss terminated éarlier by the Village as provided for in the RFP. 3. MRC’s Representations and Warranties. MRC hereby affirms and ratifies that its Response to Requests for Proposals, and all statements, representations, warranties and covenants contained therein are, and will continue to be, complete, truthful and accurate during the term of this Agreement. :
