City Treasurer – Cash Receipt Totals, dated 3/1/2026 – 3/31/2026. 4. City Treasurer – Cash Receipt Totals, dated 4/1/2026 – 4/30/2026. Communications from Council: 5. Council President – Requests the City Council approve the resolution changing the second Council meeting date in June. 5(A) A resolution changing the Council Meeting date from June 15, 2026 to June 22, 2026. The time of the meeting remains the same. Communications from Division/Department Heads: 6. City Attorney – Requests the City Council approve the ordinances amending Chapter 198 Swimming Pools and Chapter 75 Building Code Administration Fees. 6(A) An ordinance amending Chapter 198 “Swimming Pools”. These revisions are as a result of recent changes made to the NYS Property Maintenance Code relating to required barriers for all permanent and temporary pools. 6(B) An ordinance amending Chapter 75 to reflect the updated fee schedule to include temporary/portable pools.
