As such, an Ordinance is attached for your review and consideration to move a total of $85,000 back to the General Fund and close the various Capital Projects listed below (see*). BE IT ENACTED by the City Council of the City of Lackawanna, New York as follows: SECTION 1. That the Capital Fund will repay the General Fund $85,000 for the following Capital Projects that reimbursement has been received: Dorrance Avenue Paving 2022 - $85,000 SECTION 2.
