On behalf of Mayor Iafallo, the undersigned requests that the attached contract between the City of Lackawanna and Masterson Advisers LLC (“Masterson”) be placed on the agenda for the City Council Meeting on April 7, 2026 authorizing the Mayor to sign same. As your Honorable Body is aware, Masterson was previously retained by the City as the City’s financial advisers in connection with the new City Hall project via a contract with a term of April 26, 2021 through April 26, 2026. As the current contract term is set to expire, I am placing the renewal contract on the Agenda. Please note that the renewal contract is nearly identical to the current contract with the exception of an increased of $5,000 in fees paid to Masterson.
