City Attorney – Requests the City Council approve the contract between the City and Masterson Advisers LLC. They have been the City’s financial advisers in connection with the new City Hall project. The contract is to expire on April 26, 2026. 6. Director of Parks and Recreation – Requests the City Council approve Snow Plow Doctor for mowing services for 2026. They were the lowest bid. Sr. Foreman, Public Works – Requests the City Council approve CPL as the Engineering and Design Firm for the Martin Road Paving Project. Three RFP’s were received and CPL was the lowest of the three.
