BE IT ENACTED by the City Council of the City of Lackawanna, New York, as follows: SECTION 1. That the 2025-2026 Budget Ordinance adopted June 9°", 2025, is hereby amended to Add Budget Code A.5132.0417 (“DPW Building Repairs”). SECTION 2. That the 2025-2026 Budget Ordinance is hereby amended to appropriate $220,000.00 from Unappropriated Fund Balance to fund Budget Code A.5132.0417 (“DPW Building Repairs”). THIS ORDINANCE SHALL TAKE EFFECT IMMEDIATELY. Dated: February 3, 2026 Lackawanna, New York Moved by Marrano second by Anderson to adopt ordinance as written. Honorable Council President Honorable City Council 714 Ridge Road Lackawanna, NY 14218 Dear Honorable Body: The City has been reimbursed for the work done on the Kirby Avenue Project. Per discussion with the acting DPW Commissioner this project is completed and there are no outstanding invoices. As such, an Ordinance is attached for your review and consideration to move $298.883.66 back to the General Fund and close the Capital Project. Thank you for your kind attention on this matter.
