Moved by Marrano second by Muflahi to adopt the minutes of the Regular Meeting of December 15, 2025 as written. Yeas: Muflahi, Anderson, Meegan, Surdyke, Marrano Carried 5-0 Departmental Reports: 1. Comptroller’s Office – A/P Capital Fund Check Listing #4, dated 12/9/2025. 2. Comptroller’s Office – A/P Check Listing #17, dated 12/16/2025.
