COMMUNICATIONS BY BOARD MEMBERS • 1455 Clinton Street Inquiry Update Chairperson Lang reported that the property owner of 1455 Clinton Street never responded to the Commission’s previous correspondence, which offered to pursue a local landmark designation. • Future Landmark Nominations Brainstorming Commission members discussed potential future landmark nominations. The Commission brainstormed the following locations: the Christian Metz House (12 School St.), the Former Pennsylvania Railroad Roundhouse (418 Meyer Rd.), and the West Seneca Lodge 111 F&AM (647 Main St.). The Commission agreed to compile more West Seneca properties to consider for future landmark nominations. ADJOURNMENT: Motion by Mr. Ball, seconded by Ms. Berbary, to adjourn the meeting at 7:14 PM.
