Local Law 2-2026 A local law establishing Chapter 197 for Short Term Rentals 1) Call to Order. 2) Roll Call. 3) Town Clerk read Notice of Public Hearing as Published. 4) Overview of Proposed Local Law 2-2026 5) Invitation for Resident’s input to the Town Board. People wishing to speak will be recognized by the Chairperson. Please give full name and address prior to speaking. You will then be allowed three (3) minutes to provide your input to the Board. Please address all comments directly to the Town Board Members only. 6) Adjournment.
