• Eliminating Waitlist Bottlenecks: A financial commitment—even a small one— statistically increases attendance. This ensures that every tax-funded spot is filled by a child who will benefit from it, rather than being held by a "no-show." • Quality Reinvestment: While revenue currently flows into the general fund, these figures provide a "proof of concept." My goal as a leader is to use this $24,140 to advocate for an increased departmental budget to upgrade equipment, supplies, and staff training. • Service Expansion: By professionalizing our registration, we position the Town to offer a wider variety of specialized programs and service more residents in the future. 6. RECOMMENDATION I recommend the Town Board approve this fee structure effective immediately for the 2026 Summer registration cycle. This is a vital step towards a more sustainable, professional, and high-quality Recreation Department. Respectfully Submitted, David Cox Director of Recreation Town of West Seneca Page 101 of 251
