West Seneca Youth and Recreation Commission Annual Report- 2025 Membership 2025: The Youth and Recreation Commission (“Commission”) included the following Town Board appointed members: • Carol Jarczyk (term expires 12/31/26) • Tammy Sugrue (term expires 12/31/26) • Matt Bauer (term expires 12/31/206) • Caron Morris (term expires 12/31/26) • David Cox (term expires 12/31/28) • Meichle Latham (term expires 12/31/26) • Maura Lillis Blonski (term expires 12/31/28) • Katie Adrian (term expires 12/31/26) • Michael Smolen In addition to these appointees, the following town officials (elected and employees) regularly participated in Commission meetings and events during FY 2025: • Lauren Masset- Recreation Director • Brian Adams- Highway Superintendent • Molly Martin- Commission Secretary • Robert Breidenstein- Town Board Liaison Commission Meetings 2025: The Commission met on the following dates: January 15, February 19, April 16, May 21, June 18, August 20 and October 15.
