WEST SENECA COURT ROOM TOWN BOARD PROCEEDINGS 1250 Union Road Minutes - Meeting # 2026-07 West Seneca, NY 14224 April 13, 2026 Highway Superintendent Adams - Spring clean-up is underway and more permanent repairs to roadways have begun - The first paving project is scheduled for the next few weeks: South Avenue, West Avenue, Jack Berry, and School Street - Yard waste pickup to begin May 4th Town Attorney Trapp - Cannot answer Mrs. Leising's question, it is dependent on the Articles of Incorporation EXECUTIVE SESSION 1. Town Attorney re Brown/1000 Queens Landing Motion by Supervisor Dickson, seconded by Councilmember Robertson, to enter into executive session to allow Town Attorney Trapp to update the Town Board on two pending litigation matters involving the Town, Brown vs. West Seneca and 1000 Queens Landing vs. the Town of West Seneca at 7:16 P.M. Councilmember Breidenstein requested an additional item be discussed; the employment status of a particular person or persons. Ayes: 4 Noes: 0 Abstain: 0 Motion Carried Motion by Supervisor Dickson, seconded by Councilmember Sherman, to exit executive session and return to the open meeting at 7:36 P.M. Ayes: 4 Noes: 0 Abstain: 0 Motion Carried ADJOURNMENT Motion by Councilmember Breidenstein, seconded by Supervisor Dickson, to agree to the settlement of Brown vs. The Town of West Seneca, etal, in the amount of $50,000. Ayes: 4 Noes: 0 Abstain: 0 Motion Carried Supervisor Dickson, on behalf of the entire Town Board, directed Town Attorney Trapp to file a complaint with the Ethics Board with regard to the actions of Jeff Piekarec. Motion by Supervisor Dickson, seconded by Councilmember Sherman, to adjourn the meeting at 7:38 P.M. Ayes: 4 Noes: 0 Abstain: 0 Motion Carried 11
