NYSDOT ROW exists on route 20A and Olean Rd. More detailed plans will be required for the Highway Work permit application, and an additional site engineering review will be performed as part of the Highway Work Permit process. This correspondence does not constitute approval for the purpose of a Highway Work Permit.
