I am requesting the board to consider waving the fee as Chris Welch told us that we could operate without a permit at the Music Festival. We would have not operated if Chris didn't tell us that it was fine to be there with just an Erie County permit. We plan on completing the application for the Village of East Aurora food truck permit and hope to operate per village code providing delicious food to the village of East Aurora.
