H fund close out July 20, 2026 Trustee _______, offered the following resolution and moved for its adoption: WHEREAS, the Village completed the Fire Department Floor, Fire Department Parking Lot and the DPW roof capital projects in the 2025/2026 fiscal year, and WHEREAS, the Village needed to close out the remaining funds in these accounts, and WHEREAS, the Fire department floor had 10,800 remaining and the Parking lot had $12,834.48 remaining, and WHEREAS, the Village would like to put the remaining funds into the Police Window capital fund NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the Clerk–Treasurer is hereby authorized to close out the H fund accounts for the Fire Department Floor, Fire Department Parking Lot and DPW Roof, adding all remaining funds to the Police Department window capital account in the 2025/2026 fiscal year.
