AUTHORIZATION
East Aurora Holdings LLC, as record owner of real property commonly referred to as 649
Main Street, Village of East Aurora, NY, hereby authorizes Carner Development Group Inc.
{Applicant/ Project Sponsor/ Developer) and/or Hopkins Sorgi & McCarthy PLLC (Project
Attorney), to execute and file any required land use approval application or applications for a
proposed Restaurant at The Bank of EA with the Village of East Aurora or any other
governmental entity with jurisdiction of the Project.
Carner Development Group Inc., as Applicant/ Project Sponsor/ Developer of real
property commonly referred to as 649 Main Street, Village of East Aurora, NY, hereby
authorizes Hopkins Sorgi & McCarthy PLLC (Project Attorney), to execute and file any required
land use approval application or applications for a proposed Restaurant at The Bank of EA with
the Village of East Aurora or any other governmental entity with jurisdiction of the Project.
