Dear Ms. Cassidy and Members of the Village Boa.rd:

Bell Atlantic Mobile Systems LLC d/b/a Verizon ("Verizon"), is a public utility and
wireless telecommunications licensee of the Federal Communications Commission ("Fee·). To

an existing utility pole located in front of 30 Buffalo Road in the V illage of East Aurora (the
"Site").

The micro cell will be co-located on an existing utility pole owned by NYSEG (the ''Pole
Owner"'). The proposed ante1ma will be installed with an ACL of 32.7' AGL and will extend to
an overall height of 33.7' AGL, as shown on the enclosed site plan prepared by Erdman /\nthony
Engineering (the "Project''). Verizon' s proposed Project confonns to the PCIA consensus
definition of a small cell facility; which states that such installations "consist of relatively
inconspicuous, small form-factor installations consisting of one or more i:adio transceivers,
antennas. interconnecting cables, power supply, and other associated electronics.'·

Such wireless telecommunications facilities are permitted in the Village of East Aurora
upon the issuance of a small wireless facility permit by the Vil lage Board (Village of East
Aurora Telecommunications Faci lities Law (the "Telecommunications Law")§ 270-4).
