Set a public hearing for June 15 , 2026 to consider a Special Use Permit for application for 635 Main St, Sylvia Walworth of Valvoline Instant Oil Change, for a vehicle service shop. G. Award the auction sale amounts from Auctions International, as follows: i. 2022 Ford Explorer Police Interceptor - 0024 awarded to Public_Saftey_22 in an amount of $8,600 ii. 2023 Ford Explorer Police Interceptor - 1172 awarded to rhinoautogroup , in an amount of $10,700 iii. Plow Truck2016 Chevy Silverado - 6998 awarded to bodyman in an amount of 9,500 iv. 1988 Sidewalk Plow SW-48 - 1059 awarded to arklite007, in an amount of $4,950 5. OFFICIAL CONSIDERATIONS A.
