Trustee Flynn asked if the Planning Board needs that study to make a decision, Code Enforcement Officer Cassidy said yes. Police Chief Welch asked why we would use our engineer over the state DOT for this study. Village Administrator Krieger described that this study has a projection on future impact versus a study of what is currently there. Mayor Mercurio asked about Commerce Green being a second exit, Code Enforcement Officer Cassidy said that is not an option. Trustee Lazickas asked about the applicant suppling the information, Code Enforcement Officer Cassidy and Village Administrator Krieger said that the applicant did supply that information but we wat our engineers to verify the accuracy of the report. The Village Board agreed to move forward with it and get a budget adjustment to pay for it.

NEW BUSINESS • Heart of Music ticket sales possibilities- Village Administrator Krieger said that the department heads met with the Heart of Music applicant, Chris Welch, and that he was looking to extend the hours. Village Administrator Kriger said that the department heads would prefer to keep the same hours as last year. He also said that Mr. Welch noted that if Misters didn’t have new ownership or is not participating, he will cut off that end of town. It was questioned if Left Coast Taco was on the permit. Left Coast Taco was not on their permit. Mayor Mercurio asked about the cost dropping from $40 to $20, Village Administrator Krieger said that Mr. Welch said that the price may increase closer to the event. Mayor Mercurio said that the $40 cost kept the amount of people down but that the Village Board can’t dictate the price. He said that Fireman’s Field is on the application, but they currently do not have permission to use it for the event. The Village Board discussed if the event should stay at the same time as it was, 9pm music stops and 10pm when the venues close. Police Chief Welch said that he is good with it to cautiously grow, one more hour or 1,000 more people at most. Trustee Rabey agrees with Police Chief Welch, 1,000 more people but to keep the same closing time. Village Administrator Krieger was told by the applicant that there would be slower music at the end of the night. The Village Board agreed that 8,000 tickets are ok if the footprint is typical, but it may change if the section is smaller for venues. The Village Board discussed the west end of Main Street and how many people the venues hold. Police Chief Welch said that the new management of Misters has new events and a high social media presence, he believes that they will want to be involved. Code Enforcement Officer Cassidy said that a new owners for Misters will need their own special use permit and a 30-day liquor license. Trustee Scheer would like to know the plans because of residents’ concerns. Code Enforcement Officer Cassidy said that they are required to have off street parking, the old owner had an agreement with Polked Yolk to meet the parking criteria. She said that Benderson property has enough for their use but not for neighbors or offsite businesses and they have made complaints about that. • Grant CDBG- Mayor Mercurio announced that the Village received the grant we applied for from Community Development Block Grant for $103,505.00 for the ADA walkway paths in Hamlin Park. Temporary Use Permit Request - St. Patrick's Day Event Date: 01/26/2026 Village of East Aurora Town/Village Hall 5 71 Main Street East Aurora, NY 14052 Re: Temporary Use Permit Request - St. Patrick's Day Event (Saturday, March 21, 2026) To Whom It May Concern, I am writing on behalf of Riley Street Station to formally request approval for a Temporary Use Permit for a St. Patrick's Day celebration to be held on Saturday, March 21, 2026. The purpose of this event is to create a festive community gathering for St. Patrick's Day in the Village of East Aurora. To our knowledge, no other local venues currently host a St. Patrick's Day celebration, and our goal is to provide residents and visitors with an enjoyable and responsible daytime event. • Event Layout & Use of Space: We are requesting permission to temporarily close half of our parking lot on the patio side opposite of the rink, as indicated in the attached diagram. This closure will allow safe pedestrian use of the space throughout the event. Two live bands will perform on our existing patio under tents during the day. Additionally, 1-2 tents will be available for guests to gather under while enjoying food, beverages, and live music. There will be 4 porte-potties available, as well as our in-restaurant bathrooms. Music will be provided by two live bands: The Blarney Bunch and Reset to Vinyl. Neither band is very loud or uses high amplification.

• Food & Beverage Service Controls: All beverages served outdoors will be limited to plastic cups and cans only. We will have a Wright Beverage beer truck on-site; however, all serving will be done exclusively by Riley Street Station employees, and no external vendors will be participating in this event. Beer will only be served as purchased, and standard identification and beverage service protocols will be followed. This event is designed to responsibly bring people together to celebrate St. Patrick's Day and support local community activity within the Village. We believe this event will contribute positively to the local business environment and provide a safe and enjoyable experience for residents and visitors. We appreciate the Village's consideration of this request and are prepared to comply with all requirements, inspections, and conditions associated with the Temporary Use Permit process. Should you require any further information, clarification, or documentation, please feel free to contact me directly. Thank you for your time and attention to this request. Respectfully, . ContentoCo 726 MAIN STREET, SUITE B EAST AURORA, NY 14052 716.220.7304 January 13'\ 2025 Village of East Aurora Board of Trustees 585 Oakwood Avenue East Aurora, NY 14052 Re: Special Use Permit - 533 Prospect Avenue Dear Members of the Village Board, We are submitting this request on behalf of our client, Erin Redding and Zachary Goodrich, for a Special Use Permit to build a combination garage with a one-bedroom, single-story accessory dwelling unit (ADU) at 533 Prospect Avenue. The goal is simple: create a little more garage and storage space and a small, accessible living space in back for family and occasional guests. The use is strictly residential and low impact. Below is a quick summary of what we're proposing: • A one-story detached garage with an integrated, single-level ADU at the rear. Approximately 500 SF garage+ 475 SF ADU space. The overall height will be below the primary home. Architecture, roof pitch, siding, windows, and colors will match the main house. • The ADU will consist of 1 bedroom, 1 bath, and a small living/kitchen area. • The structure will have a rear yard orientation with a dedicated side ADU entry. The garage door will be driveway-facing with conforming setbacks, lot coverage, and separations per §285- 52.3. • The structure will be served by the existing public water/sewer and lighting will be full cutoff with down-shielded fixtures. • Parking will include two garage bays and two driveway spaces with no additional reliance on on- street parking. • No mature trees will be removed for this project; all existing mature trees will be preserved and protected during construction. • The Owner will occupy the main house as their primary residence. Enclosures • Site survey, floor plan, & 3D elevations Thanks for considering this application. We believe this garage/ADU structure adds a gentle, small- scale unit that uses existing infrastructure, provides flexibility for changing family and broadens affordable/accessible housing options. Sincerely, Chris Cont 1 of 2
