Town of Hamburg Planning Board Meeting – September 16, 2026 The Town of Hamburg Planning Board will meet for a Work Session at 6:30 P.M., followed by a Regular Meeting at 7:00 P.M. on September 16, 2026 in Room 7A/7B of Hamburg Town Hall. The Planning Board will be discussing the following projects: WORK SESSION 1. Planning Board to discuss various zoning code amendments as presented by the Planning Department REGULAR MEETING 1. Public Hearing – 7:00 P.M., M&T Bank – Requesting Site Plan Approval on a proposal for a drive-up ATM kiosk to be located at 6000 South Park Avenue 2. Mike Sweeney – Requesting Site Plan Approval on a proposal for a 55,000 sq-ft industrial storage building on an existing asphalt-gravel storage yard to be located at 3100 Lakeshore Road (SBL #: 150.00-1-1.2) 3. A.K. Kaid – Requesting Change of Use and Site Plan Approval on a proposal for a retail cannabis dispensary and associated site improvements to be located at 3233 Lakeshore Road 4. Hamburg II East ESS, LLC and Hamburg II West ESS, LLC – Requesting Zoning Board Approval of a Use Variance and Planning Board Approval for a Change of Use and Site Plan Approval for a Tier 3 battery energy storage system (BESS) to be located on a 2.7-acre site at 6433 Railroad Avenue *Tabled to 10/7/26 PB Meeting 5. Planning Board to discuss and potentially issue SEQRA Findings in connection with a proposed subdivision by Parker Road Developers, LLC to be located on the west side of Parker Road, south of Big Tree Road 6.
