Town of Hamburg Planning Board Minutes July 1, 2026 Member Quandt made a motion, seconded by Member Geraci, to approve the following minutes: • June 3, 2026 As the vote on the motion was seven (7) ayes, the motion carried. Member Ryan made a motion, seconded by Member Stewart, to approve the following minutes: • June 17, 2026 As the vote on the motion was seven (7) ayes, the motion carried. Mr. Rogers provided an update for the Planning Board, that for the July 15th meeting, the Parker Road Final Environmental Impact Statement was submitted. This project has been a six-year process that has a ton of extensive documentation for the Board Members to read. Also, for the July 15th meeting, there is the Wetzl Project that will also be reviewed concurrently. Member Ryan made a motion, seconded by Member Geraci, to adjourn the meeting. Carried.
