Robert Piwko wanted clarification as to where the lot is located and once that was established, he had no objections to the project. Member Chmura clarified that it is a total of 14 acres that are being subdivided from the 409 acres owned by Operating Engineers. At this point, there is no proposed development so they do not have any information about what may or may not occur on the property. The land in question is zoned R-1, which is single family residential. The remaining acres are zoned Residential Agricultural. Member Chmura declared the public hearing closed.
