Town of Hamburg Planning Board Meeting – February 18, 2026 The Town of Hamburg Planning Board will meet for a Work Session at 6:30 P.M., followed by a Regular Meeting at 7:00 P.M. on February 18, 2026 in Room 7A/7B of Hamburg Town Hall. The Planning Board will be discussing the following projects: WORK SESSION 1. DATO Development, LLC – Requesting Preliminary Plat Approval of a subdivision for a mixed-use development to be located on the northwest corner of Rogers Road and Southwestern Boulevard 2. Ellicott Development – Requesting Preliminary Plat Approval of a 2-lot subdivision to be located at 3800 Hoover Road 3. Planning Board to discuss various zoning code amendments as presented by the Planning Department REGULAR MEETING 1. Richard Saunders – Requesting Preliminary Plat Approval on a proposal for a 2-lot subdivision at 5225 Scranton Road 2. Ten Lives Club Inc. – Requesting a use variance for the expansion of rescue services to be located at 3747 Lakeshore Road 3.
