environment, and a Negative Declaration is hereby issued, based on the reasons as set forth in the Full Environmental Assessment Form (Parts 1, 2 and 3); and BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED, the Town Board authorizes the Town Supervisor to sign the Environmental Assessment Form, which will act as the SEQR Negative Declaration, and authorizes that the appropriate notices and filings be made.
