4.14. Room Rental Fee Refund

WHEREAS, the Town of Hamburg charges fees for the rental and use of designated rooms at Town
Hall; and

WHEREAS, the Berkley Square Homeowners’ Association was charged $150.00 for a private rental;
and

WHEREAS, the Berkley Square Homeowners Association is, in fact, and not-for-profit, and should
have only been charged $50.00

BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Board hereby authorizes a refund in the amount of $100.00 to
Berkley Square Homeowners Association for the overpayment of the Town Hall room rental fee;
