4.15. B&G Auction Accessible Restroom Trailers

WHEREAS, The Buildings & Grounds Dept. has two (2) accessible restroom trailers that are no longer
needed; and

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Board approves that the trailers are hereby declared
to be sold via auction; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the proceeds from the auction will be deposited to A.2665 and
transferred to A.7181.303.
