4.19. Amend the 2026 Schedule of Fines and Penalties

WHEREAS, the Town of Hamburg Code established a Schedule of Fines and Penalties to be imposed
for various violations throughout the Town Code; and

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Hamburg Town Board amends the 2026 Town of
Hamburg Schedule of Fines and Penalties as attached.
