Public Hearing Proposed Local Law 18, 2026 Notice of Public Hearing on Proposed Local Law #18, 2026 Establishing a One-year Moratorium on the Approval and Development of New Large Scale Data Centers within the Town of Hamburg NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on September 28, 2026, there has been presented to the Town Board of the Town of Hamburg, New York proposed local law #18, 2026. This proposed local law would establish a One-year Moratorium on the Approval and Development of New Large Scale Data Centers within the Town of Hamburg. THEREFORE, pursuant to statute the Town Board will hold a public hearing on said proposed local law at 6:00 p.m. on October 19, 2026, at Hamburg Town Hall, 6100 South Park Avenue, Hamburg, New York 14075, at which time and place all persons interested will be heard. Written comments can be submitted by email to: [email protected] or by mail to the Town Clerk, 6100 South Park Avenue, Hamburg, NY 14075. A copy of the proposed local law is on file for public review at the office of the Town Clerk of the Town of Hamburg during regular business hours.
