4.17. Nike Concession and Bathroom ECWA New Water Service

WHEREAS, the Town of Hamburg requires ECWA to connect the new water service for the concession
and bathroom building at the soccer fields on the Nike Recreational Facility; and

WHEREAS, ECWA has approved the plan for the new water service and requires payment of the new
service fee before they will schedule the work.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Board authorizes Finance Department to issue
a check to ECWA in the amount of $4,500.
