Town Board of the Town of Hamburg September 28, 2026 Meeting 4.28. Senior & Community Center Change Orders WHEREAS, as the Senior & Community Center project progresses, the contractors have run into challenges, and the Town has made requests for revisions on the project; and WHEREAS, the General Contractor, Resetarits Construction, has provided change orders to cover the changes required as part of the project and the change orders have been reviewed by the Supervisor, Town Engineer and town’s construction manager; and WHEREAS, the attached change orders cover the following items: - Relocation of the stormwater management pond to create more open space behind the center = $50,000 THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Board hereby authorizes the Supervisor to sign the attached change order and approves a budget amendment increase of $50,000 from the following accounts: INCREASE: A000.0000.0599.0000 (General Fund Appropriated Fund Balance) by $50,000 INCREASE: A000.9950.0975.0004 (Interfund Transfers Transfer to Capital) by $50,000 INCREASE: H119.0000.5031.0000 (Capital Construction) by $50,000 INCREASE: H119.7187.0281.0004 (Interfund Transfers Transfer to Capital) by $50,000 ATTACHMENTS: RFC15R1 Pond Revisions.pdf 112
