Town Board of the Town of Hamburg September 28, 2026 Meeting 4.5. Budget adjust from Planning Department to the Zoning Board of Appeals WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals has requested a budget adjustment as outlined on the Town of Hamburg Budget Adjustment Form to fund necessary expenditures; and WHEREAS, sufficient funds are available within the department’s approved budget, or through the identified funding source(s), to accommodate this adjustment without exceeding the department’s total allocation; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Hamburg hereby authorizes the budget adjustment as detailed on the attached Budget Adjustment Form for Fiscal Year 2026; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this adjustment is necessary to fund the items and purposes as specified on the attached Budget Adjustment Form, and that no additional appropriations are required; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the final adopted resolution, together with the completed Budget Adjustment Form, shall be forwarded to the Town Finance Department for processing.
