WHEREAS, the Town Board has reviewed the Project in accordance with the Town’s Local Waterfront Revitalization Program and has completed a Waterfront Assessment Form (WAF) for a Coastal Consistency determination and referred the Project to the LWRP committee, who recommended consistency. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Hamburg Town Board has determined that funding and implementing the Project is consistent with the Town’s Local Waterfront Revitalization Program, and will not result in any significant adverse impacts on the environment, including natural, archeological or historic resources, and a Negative Declaration is hereby issued, based on the reasons as set forth in the Environmental Assessment Form and attachments; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Town Board authorizes the Town Supervisor to sign the Environmental Assessment Form, which will act as the SEQR Negative Declaration, and authorizes the placement of these documents in the Town’s files.
