Public Hearing Proposed Local Law 15, 2026 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PROPOSED LOCAL LAW #15, 2026 TAX LEVY LIMIT OVERRIDE Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the Town Board of the Town of Hamburg, New York, on the 28th day of September, 2026 at 6:00 PM, at the Town Hall, 6100 South Park Avenue, Hamburg, New York 14075, to hear all interested parties and citizens for or against the adoption of proposed Local Law Number 15 for the year 2026. The proposed Local Law seeks to override the tax levy limit established in General Municipal Law Sec 3-c. Any resident of the Town of Hamburg is entitled to be heard upon said proposed adoption of Proposed Local Law No. 15 for the year 2026. Copies of the law will be available at the office of the Town Clerk for inspection by any person during regular business hours and are posted on the town’s website.
